Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, depending on your location shipping can take between 7 and 15 business days. 


Please note that 24-48 hour delivery is only available for customers within IloIlo City, Philippines.


Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please contact us at hello@leire.ph if you require international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.


If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund if necessary. hello@leire.ph


Yes, expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Please contact us at hello@leire.ph before or immediately after ordering to discuss priority shipping options.


If items are damaged in transit or incorrect, please reach out to us at hello@leire.ph to organise a replacement or refund. 


To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in sealed in original packaging. Due to the nature of the products, unsealed or opened items cannot be returned. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.


We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via PayPal, Paypal Express and GCash, and Pay Maya.
