Refund policy

1. Commitment to Quality & Safety

At Leíre Skincare, we value the quality and safety of every product we deliver. All items undergo strict quality checks before leaving our facility to ensure they meet our high standards of effectiveness, safety, and hygiene.

Because skincare is a personal-use product, and to protect the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered—except in cases where the item is damaged upon delivery or an incorrect product was sent.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request, we may require photo or video evidence of the issue.

Once verified, you may choose:

  • A replacement product (shipped free of charge), or

  • A refund issued to your original payment method

3. Non-Returnable Situations

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Change of mind, personal dislike of texture/scent/effect, or allergic reactions (please review ingredients before purchase)

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms

  • Orders reported after the 48-hour window following delivery

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
