Cancellation policy

At Leíre Skincare, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review the following guidelines on purchase options, cancellations, and order changes.

1. Purchase Options

a. One-Time Purchases

  • Customers may purchase products directly through our website without commitment.

  • Full payment is required at checkout using accepted payment methods (credit/debit card, e-wallets, or other options displayed at checkout).

b. Subscription Purchases (Glow+ Club)

  • Customers may choose recurring deliveries through the Leíre Glow+ Club.

  • Subscription cycles are available on a monthly basis.

  • By enrolling, customers authorize recurring charges to their selected payment method until cancellation (see Section 3).

  • Subscriptions include exclusive perks, which may vary and are subject to change.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations (One-Time Purchases)

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.

  • If you wish to update shipping details, please contact customer support immediately. Changes may not always be guaranteed.

3. Subscription Cancellations (Glow+ Club)

  • Subscriptions may be canceled or modified at any time through your Leíre account dashboard or by contacting customer support.

  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the renewal date.

  • If a cancellation is made after billing, the order will still be processed and shipped. Refunds are not available for subscription cycles already billed.

  • Perks and discounts tied to an active subscription will end immediately upon cancellation.

4. Non-Cancellable Situations

Leíre reserves the right to decline cancellations in the following cases:

  • Orders already processed, packed, or shipped

  • Subscription cycles where payment has already been collected and processing has begun

  • Special promotions, limited-edition sets, or bundled offers marked non-cancellable

5. Company Rights

  • Leíre reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or policy violations.

  • If Leíre cancels an order at its discretion, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
