  • Standard delivery within the Philippines typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • For Iloilo City, same-day or next-day delivery options may be available (subject to cut-off times).

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and courier rates.

  • From time to time, Leíre may offer free shipping promotions — eligibility will be clearly stated on the website or at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the package has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are accurate and complete.

  • Leíre Skincare is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

    • Recipient unavailability at the time of delivery

    • Courier delays beyond our control

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be charged re-delivery fees.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos or videos of the package and product.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Verified lost packages may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

7. International Shipping

  • At this time, Leíre Skincare ships only within the Philippines.
